TDLC is composed of an executive committee, principal investigators, researchers, faculty, postdoctoral fellows, graduate students, undergrads and preundergraduates – all dedicated to the goal of understanding how the element of time is critical for learning, and using this understanding to improve learning and education.

TDLC is under the leadership of Director Gary Cottrell, Science Director Andrea Chiba, and Education and Outreach Director Terry Sejnowski, as well as the administrative leadership of Shelley Marquez.
